Do I have to pay using the card upon check out?
We offer various payment methods:
- Card Payment upon Checkou
- Cash or InstaPay on Delivery
- Credit Card/Cash/InstaPay at Point of Sales: Warehouse or Main Office
Do you provide installation service?
Yes, we do with extra charges depending on the product and the location. We also have user installation manuals if you prefer installing them on your own.
Where are the products designed and manufactured?
Some of the products are designed in Switzerland.
All the products are manufactured in our own factory in Egypt.
What are the products’ warranty terms and conditions?
All our fitness products are backed with one-year limited warranty covering all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, strictly excluding issues arising from accidental drops, usage beyond rated limits, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty claims can be submitted together with the proof of purchase, phots and videos of the issue for further investigation and decision.

What type of materials do you use for the equipment?
Our fitness products is mainly made of the following materials:
- Steel: Standard steel grade with epoxy matt-finish paint for indoor use.
- Wood: Beech wood and Plywood
Available upon special request:
- Treated Steel: Galvanized standard steel grade with epoxy matt-finish paint for outdoor usage for guaranteed endurance against corrosive environment.
- Stainless Steel: Grade 304 for outdoor usage for guaranteed endurance against corrosive environment.
